Almond Cake Chocolate Bite

 

  1. Make American Almond Rainbow Cookies.
  2. Cut the cookie with a 1” round cookie cutter.
  3. Place the cookie in the (Round) Ivory Assortment Cup.
  4. Decorate with Green Pastel Décor Curls and a Mini Ivory Chocolattos.

Raspberry Meringue Rosette

  1. Blend freeze-dried raspberries in food processor.
  2. Fold in raspberry powder into your favorite meringue cookie recipe.
  3. After cookies are baked and cooled, pipe small amount of tempered chocolate on top of cookie.
  4. Garnish with Ivory or Dark Curled Shavings.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
