Directions

  • Make all of the components and set aside.
  • Fill the bottom of the tart shell with the graham cracker crust and tap to flatten in the cup.
  • Pipe a layer of the banana pastry cream.
  • Put a thin layer of cubed bananas on pastry cream.
  • Using a large rosette or french pipe the dollops of hazelnut buttercream on the bananas.
  • Top the tart with your favorite toppings.
    • We used hazelnut brittle crunch and a dried banana chip.
